Frenemy (Acrostic)

Afflict my senses with your carcinogenic rage

loaded, emotion-fermented malignant strife;

lacerated, our tenuous bonds dissolve as

your jagged temper serrades my bones

I wanted to evoke the feeling of being stabbed in the back by a friend or ally in this short acrostic written for WP intro to poetry series.  I had a dream about the last line, which I think is rather inspired and I thought it would fit well with this challenge.  When I was heavy into poetry I would dream poems and have to hurl myself out of bed before they slipped away!

I think it is just dark enough that it doesnt need a visual!

Acrostic: a poetry form where the first letter in the line spells out a word by the end of the poem that is related to the theme of the rhyme.
